Thing # 10

I LOVED this thing .

This particular one was made with Comic Strip Generator . In this particular site I saw several pictures that I can use with the kids , like the American Bald eagle when we are studying National Symbols.

Another one of my favorites was the Happy Face Generator I love to put happy faces every where

Thing # 8

RSS great information in only one place for people that like to spend a lot of time at the computer just reading.

I don't know how will I use it with my kids. That will be very hard for them to read. I guess I can model how to search for information, pre-read it and flag it for the next day.

I am hopping that the next things can be adapted for Kinder level.

Thing # 9 Good knews !

Technorati and Syndic 8. com.. did no like them.
Bloglines Search and Google Blog the easiest and in both of the I found kindergarten stuff. Yeah!!
Th, you were right. I saw different ways teachers are using this technology in their classrooms. I love the pods ideas.
Can I skip the things and learn about pods now that I am doing summer school or do I have to go in order?

ps I forgot to put # 9

Thing #7

I created a calendar with all my daughter's activities that I am going to share with her Dad. I am hoping that they can input their special dates ahead of time so there will be no surprises for any of us.

I loved Picasa album . I am wondering if there are other bilingual teachers doing this. This will be very helpful with the bilingual centers.

The children will enjoy Google Earth when we talk about Continents.

Thing # 6 What a trip!

I took me a more than one day to finish # 6 !

What an amazing adventure. For me is very hard to stay focus in one place without wondering to the next, and the next, an the next.
Trading cards: Alphabets from each topic we work to develop knew vocabulary.
Badge maker: For first week of school and field trips.
Jig saw : Again, related to our unit.
Is there any other Kinder person that has more ideas?

Thing# 5 Flickr

I added my picture ......sort of. How I move it to my posting space and not as a page element?

I love this picture because it will give my students another "view" of a leaves. Sometimes at age 5 the knowledge that they come with is very limited.
We are going to use Flickr to get us ideas for our vegetable garden that we plant every year. I am ready for something Knew.

My only concern is time consuming.

Thing #4

I registered... that was easy! I am ready for the next challenge :)

Thing #3 A Nightmare

I cant' believed that after 3 days I am finally writing about thing # 3.
It was hard ! there is a lot of new vocabulary for people that have never done this. After setting up my blog ( 2- 3 attempts) I took the adventure of the avatar (long process also, lots of choices) I was ready to export it :) but, wait! where is my blog? how can i find it?Log in ? what is that? where? I had a bad headache and very frustrated. I was beginning to doubt that 23 things was not a thing for me.
I went to bed, went to work, tried again, went to bed, and finally Saturday with a rested mind I did it!

Yeah me!
